WHEN YOU COMPLETE THESE CERTIFICATIONS...
You will receive two professional certification diplomas: one for each program.
Your name will appear identically as that of your registration. You and your
staff will now have the knowledge to implement IV-nutrition in an office
environment that supports this type of valuable nutritional therapy.
Certification Fee These certifications are not available
separately. Both certifications are available as a single program of instruction
and education.

Cost of the combined Certification Programs: $1200 for the first
participant within a given health care facility. For additional office members
the cost is an additional: $725 if registered within 7-days of the first
registrant.
You will receive for your participation:
1. A copy of Dr. Michael Wald's two books
entitled: -Anti-Aging
Intravenous Nutritional Protocols from A-to-Z: A complete guide to intravenous
formulations AND - Intravenous and Intramuscular
Nutrition Technique for the Complementary/Alternative Medical-Nutrition
Practice.
2. Two Certification Examinations: You will have the freedom of completing
these examinations anytime within 6 months of your registration. Beyond this
period of time, you will lose your ability to take your certification and
refunds will not be granted. Upon completion of the examinations you will
receive two separate diplomas. Once you have paid for your registration no
refunds of any kind will be granted.
Periodic re-certification
Re-Certification is offered annually.
Re-certification involves the taking and passing of a re-certification
examination and a fee (at the time of this posting the re-certification fee is
$150/year) if you desire to be re-certified. It is recommended that all staff
involved in both direct and indirect Intravenous Nutrition Certification become
certified.
